When the police arrived, they were very pleased. “Well done, Sam,” said the police officer. “The man is a well-known thief.” Then he said to Sam’s grandma, “You should keep your money in a bank!”

1：招生人数：320人，其中50人是小语种，包含在320人中，去年考试人数8000多

2：学校50人一个班，共500人，其中有180人是通过其他途径进学校，小语种在学习小语种时单独学习，其他的一样，考试上的320人在统一班级，180另外班级

3：考试上的班级和另外上的班级硬件软件条件一样，可能更好，因为校长说其他途径上学校的孩子是各位老师的衣食父母，不可以轻视!(去年最有钱的一位家长用了30万把孩子送进)

4：学校很看重的是外语语言工具的学习，看重听说能力，初中会学习到四套教材，看听学共四册，新概念2，展望未来，还有一个教材老师说的是英语名，我不会写，麻烦知道的补充下，共计背诵500多篇文章，背诵的要求是语音，语速，语调必须和磁带一样，否则重新背诵，新概念第一课所有的孩子在学校都背诵了10次以上才合格，这让我终于明白钢铁是怎么炼出来的!

5：本校考试上的学生中，一般只有260到280个孩子可以升学到外校高中，有的孩子在这个学校，从原来的学校骄骄者沦为中等，心理严重失衡，学校压力不大，作业很少，老师不会严厉的追逼作业，所以导致有些孩子学习下滑的原因

6：在这个学校，哪怕你不擅长学习，但是只要你有一技之长，学校也可以为你找到用武之地，外校每两年举行的英语节，都是请的湖北最著名的导演和艺术家来策划和教孩子，给孩子一个常人很难拥有的起点和舞台，例子：一女生，学习稀烂，会跳舞，学校为她请了最好的舞蹈老师，跳到美国一洲得一等奖，最后直接保送外校高中，一男生，学习稀烂，身体好，体育好，被校长帮助送到美国读高中，在学校橄榄球队找到自己的位置，但是无论想走学习还是其他路线的孩子，一定要付出辛勤的努力，在外校，只要你有优秀点，都可以在外校有闪光点，这是其他只看学习的学校无法比拟的

7：新加坡一著名学院每年在武汉招生中，2009年招生7人，外校4人，2010招生8人，外校5人，这个学校培养的是国际型人才，每年有15到20个孩子进入美国读高中，上面的孩子出去读书都是全部免费的

考试分析：

英语去年分数65，听力35，拓展20，阅读10

学习重点就是听，一定学会听关键词，在根据关键词推断时态

做阅读不需要通篇了解文章，因为时间有限，考试有16张卷，90分钟，英语最好只用20分钟，10分钟做听力，10分钟做其他，所以要求在很短的时间抓重点，根据重点写答案

做拓展题目一般都是简单的逻辑推理，请细心

听力部分第一题一般应该是简单语速不快的经典儿歌和电影插曲，比如美奇妙，怪物史莱克，狮子王，不会考流行的东西

听力电影部分建议多看原声电影的背景资料，主人翁和意义，方便回答问题

在考试试卷发下来时一定不要着急看后面的笔试题，一定要先看听力题，做到心理有数，才能在听的时候知道下笔，不会丢失不该丢的分!

外校考试只要你能笔试过关，不必为面试纠结，因为只要你能通过笔试，已经证明了你是优秀的孩子，只要你不是有生理缺陷实在不适合上语言学校，一定可以过关!
